There is no shortage of Siesta Key resorts. The list below mentions just a few.
This is one of the most beautiful of the Siesta Key resorts. While not actually located on Siesta Key, it is an experience not to be missed. The Ritz-Carlton in downtown Sarasota is a unique place where the casual Gulf Coast lifestyle meets the sophisticated, cosmopolitan excitement of the city. Featuring exceptional dining, a luxurious spa, championship golf, lavish accommodations and sweeping ocean views, The Ritz-Carlton in Sarasota, Florida, provides guests with a relaxing escape from the everyday.
Siesta Key Bungalows
Come and enjoy Siesta Key’s water-front getaway. Siesta Key Bungalows is a cozy Siesta Key lodging located on Florida’s Gulf Coast and sitting directly on pristine Heron Lagoon. Our boutique Siesta Key accommodation offers 10 one-bedroom bungalows, some overlooking the tranquil, blue salt waters of Heron Lagoon, and others overlook the tropical courtyard of Siesta Key Bungalows. The Siesta Key Bungalows is located between two of Siesta Key’s famous beaches and boasts a sparkling, heated pool.
Ringling Beach House
Nestled among palm trees and tropical foliage, our accommodations offer living and dining areas, modern kitchens and private baths, along with decks, porches and balconies where you can relax and enjoy our casual lifestyle. The most historic of the Siesta Key resorts, The Ringling Beach House is a Spanish-style hacienda circa 1920 owned by a member of the Ringling Family. While the exterior is original, the interior was totally re-built in 1999 into modern units.
Tropical Sun Beach Resort
Tropical Sun has just undergone an amazing renaissance! Three classes of ALL NEW luxury accommodations join a handful of classic rooms to make it one of the finest Siesta Key resorts. Our new designer offerings include the cozy Hummingbird, the already popular Sandpiper and the beautiful Grand Heron, which includes relaxing whirlpool tubs. All boast new, luxurious furnishings and high-end amenities. The new Tropical Sun Beach Resort is an exquisite spot from which to take in Sarasota’s rich palate of arts, culture, shopping and dining.
Siesta Beach Resort & Suites (Formerly Best Western Resort)
This is another of the historic Siesta Key resorts. Located just across the street from the world famous pristine white sand of the spectacular Gulf Of Mexico and the fabulous Siesta Key Village. The resort is a quaint two-story Mediterranean landmark hotel, nestled within historic Siesta Village and steps from Florida’s only white quartz beach. Unfortunately the owners have allowed this property to degenerate to the point that it is not fit for human habitation. Filthy grounds and rude staff will afford a vacation to remember. Its close proximity to the local martini bar will make peaceful sleep out of the question for all but the deaf. Prices are outrageous.
Tropical Breeze Resort and Spa
A rundown Sarasota & Siesta Key Beach hotel and vacation rentals establishment, the Tropical Breeze Resort & Spa on Siesta Key provides lodging directly near Siesta Key Beach. Choose from poorly renovated Tropical Breeze Resorts accommodations or “Old Florida Style” Tropical Breeze Vacations accommodations featuring traditional full kitchens and home style amenities. One of the Siesta Key resorts closest to Siesta Village, it’s also “pet friendly! Once a Siesta Key icon, this sprawling establishment is now a tropical slum more reminiscent of military housing than a resort. Smelly dumpsters adorn the street taking up scarce parking spaces and providing a panoramic view. The once lush Florida landscaping has been cut back to the point that it is barely noticable. Watch out for the rude and obnoxious hotel staff in speeding golf carts zooming up and down the sidewalks.
